About me

Over the past decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of business, technology, and human development. With a degree in International Business and studies across Germany, China, Denmark, and France, I developed a strong foundation in cross-cultural collaboration, systems thinking, and global management.

In my role as a digital transformation consultant, I supported organizations in building more resilient portfolio structures, scaling agile ways of working, and navigating the human side of change. I facilitated intercultural workshops, shaped more adaptive operating models and led change initiatives for greener and better forms of collaboration — always with an eye on how individuals and systems evolve together.

Privately, I’ve long been engaged in questions of mental health, personal development, and sustainable living — exploring how individual choices ripple through the systems we’re part of. A pivotal moment came when I read Regenerative Leadership by Giles Hutchins and Laura Storm, which helped me connect the dots between inner development, organizational evolution, and planetary wellbeing.

To deepen my capacity to support others, I completed a 9-month systemic coaching training. Today, I combine my professional background, personal convictions, and coaching training to guide people through their own journeys of regenerative change — and I’m thankful and proud of the affirming feedback I’ve received from clients so far.

My why

All my life, I’ve been coaching. My friends. My family. Acquaintances: Asking questions, trying to elicit new insights, questioning ways of living, at times traveling the world, always trying to take in new perspectives.

At the intersection between business and IT, I witnessed vast differences in perceiving the world - and little time to discuss them openly. People start their careers with passion but are often headed towards frustration. That’s why I want to offer a safe space, a room to reflect on a meta-level, for individuals motivated by thoughts like:

  • I’m clear about the approach I’m taking, I want clarity regarding the prospects, the effects, the outcome on an emotional level.

  • I want to tap into my natural strengths, that brought me this far.

  • I want to make sure that I’m headed in the right direction.

  • I want to feel better while following my journey.

If you’re looking for a long lasting feeling of autonomy and content, and you’re ready to sharpen your awareness of the systems your life is embedded in, book a session now.

Vision

I believe that the complexity of both our inner and outer worlds holds deep wisdom — not just challenges to overcome, but opportunities for transformation, wellbeing, and personal evolution. When we learn to work with these patterns rather than against them, we begin to see new paths forward — for ourselves and the systems we are a part of.

Mission

My mission is to support as many people as possible in relating to life from a regenerative perspective — and to help them adjust their inner compass so they can navigate complexity with ease, integrity, and confidence.

My values

These values guide both my life and my coaching approach:

  • Creativity – as a spark for fresh thinking and adaptive responses.

  • Development – as a lifelong unfolding, not a fixed destination.

  • Resilience – as the capacity to grow through challenge and renew from within.

  • Harmony – as a dynamic alignment with life’s demands, not a static balance.

I believe the same values can inform many different paths — what matters is to engage with them meaningfully and mindfully.
