Systemic Coaching
Ever evolving - this is my approach to coaching and what you can expect:
Imagine coaching as talking to your personal - with the best intentions questioning - speaking mirror about your goals, wishes and ideas
As your coach, I
choose from a number of methods and questioning techniques
provide a confidential safe space to reflect and speak your truth
help you reframe the existing and create clarity for the new
help you in solving mental blocks or recognise and resolve habitual but *unhelpful* patterns
help you recognise and reinforce *helpful* patterns, see resources and make use of them
help you develop your very own solutions and approaches
help you deal with stressful situations such as change, conflict, decision making and more
by connecting your 2 evaluation systems, your cognition and emotions, I help you unlock unknown energies
You're always absolutely free to not answer questions and to influence the process for your own benefit.
> It's not consulting, you don't get recommendations or predefined answers, but we will find answers that reside in you already.
> It's not therapy, it doesn't diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
What are systems in Systemic Coaching?
We live in systems - every person can be seen as an individual system. Other systems are for instance organisations, industries, teams, cultures, associations, societies, communities, families and more.
All systems are governed by cycles of emergence, transformation and breakdown. In this complexity lie opportunities and challenges (e.g official and in-official rules, planned and unplanned interactions, power dynamics and more).
A Regenerative Mindset helps you deal better with the constant changes.
Starting off
We get to know each other during a 30-minute introductory call.
All initial questions will be answered here.
You’ll share what’s on your mind. I’ll explain how systemic coaching works and whether and how it can support your goals.
If you choose to continue, I will share a clear coaching agreement document outlining confidentiality and logistics.
What does the process look like?
Coaching sessions
Together, we decide the ideal number and frequency of sessions, typically ranging from 1 to 10 sessions over a few months.
Each session lasts 90 minutes and is focused on what feels most important to you at that time.
We’ll work systemically, exploring both your internal landscape and the relational systems around you (like work, family, societal structures etc.).
I offer a structured yet open space mostly applying coaching methods and questioning techniques, at times including theory input for further reflection.
Any actions and next steps you decide to take will be sent to you afterwards via e-mail or text message.
Last session of a cycle
We look back on the journey—what has shifted, what you’re taking forward and what is still evolving.
This session especially you’ll leave with clarity and momentum.
My door is always open to continue with one-off sessions or to kick-off another coaching cycle.
